fresh food helpful staff
the breakfast offered many choices. the food was freshly cooked to order. i found the staff very attentive and helpful throughout my visit.
the bottled water provided in the room was a single small bottle. it wasn't enough for two people.

staff attitude big bed friendly staff cracked paint tired floor bleach stain
the staff attitude was lovely. the bed, i must say, was big and comfy. i found that the main bedroom felt luxurious and i did like it. at every encounter, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly.
our floor in the east wing felt a little tired. i noticed the cracked paint in the bathroom. the carpets in the hall had bleach stains all over, i think it need replacing now. the floor really didn't 'feel' like the star rating it was supposed to be.

quiet retreat with lovely views

spacious room jacuzzi bathroom comfortable beds
the room was spacious. it had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
Hall carpet needs replacing. It looks like the painters damaged it.
